Our office is located at No 102 in Venkata Nagar. We've been in this part of Pondicherry for some time, right around Chellan Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, though it gets a bit crowded during the morning rush. We do various types of service work here. It’s not a large operation, just a handful of us sitting at our desks and handling whatever comes through the door. The building is easy to find if you know the area. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or talking to people who walk in. It's a pretty standard routine every day. We open up in the morning, check the messages, and start working through the list of things to do. There’s always something that needs fixing or an inquiry to look into. We don't really do big advertisements; people just seem to find us or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The chairs aren't the newest, and sometimes the printer acts up, but the work gets finished eventually. It’s just how it goes in a local office. We’re just regular people trying to provide a helpful hand to the community here. If you happen to be passing through Venkata Nagar, you might notice our door is usually open during business hours. We’ve become part of the local scenery over the years, just staying busy with the daily tasks that come our way.
