Ramanujan Group Of Intitutions is situated on Mahatma Gandhi Marg in the Civil Lines area of Allahabad. It’s a very central part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building has seen a lot of students come and go. It’s not a quiet place, especially during the middle of the day when the college students are moving between classes. We have several different departments, so you see all kinds of people in the hallways. Some are studying for their degrees and others are just here for shorter courses. The stairs are a bit narrow and the walls are covered with old posters and notices for exams. We spend a lot of time dealing with admissions and sorting out the paperwork for the university. It gets quite busy in the office, especially around the start of the semester. There’s a tea stall nearby where the students usually gather after their lectures are done. We don't have a big campus with grass and trees, but being in Civil Lines means everything is close by. We just focus on getting the classes done and making sure the students have what they need for their exams. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while. It’s just a busy, city-center institution where people come to get their qualifications and move on with their lives.
