We are Punj Lloyd Ltd., based out of Village Akodha, near Post Amiliya Kala in the Allahabad district. This is a very traditional part of the country, and our office reflects that. We are located in a simple building that serves as our main base for this area. There is no corporate lobby or polished marble floors here. Instead, you will find a lot of hardworking people and desks covered in blueprints and schedules. Working in a village like Akodha means you are close to the land and the people who live here. We spend our time coordinating various engineering projects and making sure the logistics are handled. It’s not always easy, especially when the power is inconsistent or the roads are being repaired, but we have a good rhythm. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or marketing brochures. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the work finished on time. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know how to handle the local challenges. We just show up, do the work, and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It is a quiet, practical life here in the Allahabad district, and we are fine with that. We don't need things to be complicated when a simple approach works just fine for our projects.
