Ipebs India is based over in Kareli, specifically in Gtb Nagar, Allahabad. We’ve been in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a good while now. Our office at B-584 is a simple place where we manage our daily operations. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s usually pretty calm, which is nice for getting work done. We started this business because we wanted to do something for ourselves in our own city. It wasn't easy at first, and we had to learn a lot on the fly. Now, we have a routine that works for us. We aren't trying to be some huge international company. We just want to serve the people who come to us and make sure we do a decent job. Most of our days are spent answering calls, filling out forms, and making sure everything is running smoothly. We don't have any fancy titles or a big corporate ladder. It’s just us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just life in Allahabad. We take things as they come and try not to get too stressed. If you happen to be in Gtb Nagar, you might see us around. We’re just normal people trying to run a honest business and provide for our families. There’s nothing more to it than that, really. We just show up and do what needs to be done every single day.
