Patel Bricks Factory

Our main spot is Shop Number 2 in the City Pulse Complex, right in Civil Lines. It is a bit of a funny place for a brick factory office because Civil Lines is usually so clean and professional. We have the factory elsewhere, but this is where all the talking happens. Patel Bricks Factory has been running for a good while, and we have seen a lot of people come and go from this complex. Usually, I am the one sitting in the shop, answering the phone and trying to coordinate where the trucks need to go. It can be a bit of a headache when two drivers get lost at the same time. People think because we are in a complex, we might be all corporate, but we are really not. I still wear my work boots to the office. We do not do any of that fancy marketing stuff. We just want to make sure that when a builder orders ten thousand bricks, they actually show up on time and in one piece. We get a lot of walk-ins here since we are in a central spot. Most of the time, it is just local guys wanting to build a new room or a wall. We sit down, have some tea, and talk about what they need. It is a very straightforward way of doing things, and it keeps us grounded in the local community.
