Jrs Academy

Jrs Academy is located over on Anad Bhawan Road. We are at number 9/7. It’s a busy part of Allahabad, especially during the day. We set this place up to give local students a spot to study together. It’s not a large building, but we make the most of the space we have. There are rows of benches and a few whiteboards that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time here, usually starting early before the sun gets too hot. People often walk past on their way to the Bhawan. We’ve lived in this city for a long time, so we know how important school is for the families around here. We just offer some extra help. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, but the students don't seem to mind much. We don't really do much advertising; people mostly hear about us from their neighbors. It’s just how things work in this neighborhood. We keep the books on the shelves and try to stay on top of the syllabus. It's a lot of reading and explaining things over and over. Every afternoon is different, depending on which group shows up. We like being on Anad Bhawan Road because it's central. If you're looking for us, look for the old gate. We have some old maps on the walls and a shelf full of textbooks that have been used by many different hands. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is.
