Beauty Point

We are located at shop number 20 inside the Liberty Shopping Center on Liberty Road. It is not a very big shop, but we have managed to cram a lot of stuff into it over the years. You will usually see the shelves packed with all sorts of bottles, jars, and boxes. It is not one of those fancy, empty-looking boutiques. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes, especially on days when we get a new delivery and haven't had the chance to put everything away in the back. We have been here long enough that we know most of our customers by their first names. We spend a good part of the day just chatting with people who come in. They tell us what they are looking for and we try to find something that fits. It is not just about selling a product; it is more about the neighborhood and seeing the same faces every week. Some days are very slow and we just sit and rearrange the displays or clean the glass. Other days, it is a real squeeze with too many people trying to look at the shelves all at once. We do not do any big advertising. Most people just find us while they are already shopping at Liberty Center or because a neighbor told them to come by. The lighting in here isn't the best and the floor is a bit worn out, but it is our place. We like the local feel of it.
