Srivari Exports & Imports

We’ve been at Plot No. 910 on Velayutham Avenue for a while now. If you know where Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Arts & Science College is, we are right across the road from it in Kalitheerthalkuppam. It’s a busy spot but it works for us. Srivari Exports & Imports is mostly just us doing the day-to-day work of moving goods in and out. Most days are spent checking containers or sorting through paperwork to make sure things get where they need to go. It isn’t fancy office work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just making sure the logistics don't fall apart. Being near the college means there's always a bit of traffic around here, especially in the mornings when the students are arriving. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains hard, but that’s just how it is. We handle both imports and exports, so one day we’re bringing stuff in and the next we’re sending things off. It keeps us pretty busy. The building isn’t hard to find if you’re looking for the avenue. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who know how the shipping process works. We’ve learned a lot over the years about what works and what doesn't. It’s a lot of practical stuff, really. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we just have to deal with it and call the customers. We try to keep things moving as much as possible. That’s basically what we do here every day from Monday to Saturday.
