Sri Sai Baba Impex

The office for Sri Sai Baba Impex is right on Cuddalore Main Road. Being at No. 32 in Modaliyar Peth means we see a lot of traffic passing by all the time. Sriperumbudur has changed a lot over the years, but this stretch of road stays pretty busy. We deal with imports and exports from this simple building. It is not a corporate office with glass walls or carpets. We have a concrete floor and some metal racks for our stuff. The dust from the main road comes in if we leave the front open, so we try to keep it shut during the peak hours. We spend a lot of time waiting for shipments to arrive or for the paperwork to clear. It is a lot of sitting and then a lot of rushing around. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when things get a bit stressful. Modaliyar Peth is a good spot for us because it is easy for the drivers to find when they are coming from far away. We have been at No. 32 for some time. Our desks are covered in stamps and old receipts. We do not have a big staff, just enough people to handle the boxes and the calls. Sometimes the rain makes the road messy, and that slows everything down. We just keep working through it as best as we can. It is a plain business. We just do the work and go home. That is the way it is here.
