Dhana Impex

Dhana Impex is located at 13, on the 1st Floor of the 3rd Cross in Pattammal Nagar. We are right in the Mudaliarpet area. Being on the first floor means we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which keeps us in good shape. It is a small operation. We focus on trading goods, mostly imports. I started this after working in a warehouse for ten years. I figured I could do it better on my own. Pattammal Nagar is a quiet neighborhood, which I like. Our office has a big window that looks out over the street. I spend a lot of time there watching the world go by while waiting for emails to load. My nephew helps me out with the heavy lifting and the deliveries. We do not have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for a long time. We do not bother with advertising because we don't really need it. The work is steady but not overwhelming. We keep our records in big blue binders on the shelf. It is simple and it works for us. Sometimes the supply chains get messy, and we have to explain why a shipment is late. We do not make excuses; we just tell them the truth. Mudaliarpet is a good place to be. We are not looking to expand into a giant corporation. We just want to keep our little corner of the 1st Floor running smoothly and honestly.
