Our office for Mitraa Inn Private Limited is found at 57A on the 4th Cross of Venkateswara Nagar (E) in New Saram. It’s a busy area of Pondicherry, and 4th Cross is a place we have called home for quite some time now. We are tucked away in a spot that’s mostly surrounded by other houses and some small shops. The office itself isn’t anything fancy; it’s just a place where we sit down to handle the business of running an inn. We have some computers and a lot of logbooks where we track who is staying with us and what needs to be done. Managing an inn in a place like Pondicherry means we are always on our toes, especially during the weekends when more people visit. Our team is small, mostly just a few family members and some local help. We don’t have a big HR department or any of those corporate things. If something needs doing, one of us just goes and does it. The neighborhood in New Saram is lively, and we often see the same people passing by every day. Sometimes we have a bit of trouble with the internet connection, but we make do. We aren’t here to make big speeches about our values; we just want to make sure the rooms are clean and the bills are paid.
