Kusera Infotech Private Limited is based at Plot 22 on Jeeva Street in Muthirayarpalayam. Being here in Pondicherry, we get our fair share of sun and rain, and our office has seen it all. We are a small team working in the infotech sector, which basically means we spend our lives in front of monitors. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, some fairly comfortable chairs, and a small area where we can grab a glass of water. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is good because we need to focus on what we're doing. We don't have any polished marketing teams or people in suits walking around. We’re more of a t-shirt and jeans kind of place. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the area well. We just try to provide honest work for the people who hire us. Sometimes things go wrong, like a server crashing or a confusing bug, and we just roll up our sleeves and stay late until it’s fixed. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We like the community in Muthirayarpalayam and we’re happy to be running our business from Jeeva Street. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy, making sure we don't let any small details slip through the cracks while we are working on our various projects for local people and businesses.
