Gleaming Compuer Services & Gleaming Software

We operate out of No. 18d on II Cross in Anna Nagar. Our business is split into Gleaming Compuer Services and Gleaming Software. We basically handle anything to do with computers, whether it’s the physical machine or the programs running on it. Anna Nagar is a nice area, and being on the second cross makes it fairly easy to find. We have a small shop-cum-office setup here. It’s usually filled with towers, laptops, and various components waiting to be looked at. We aren't a big chain with a huge staff. It’s just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now. People know they can bring their slow computers here for us to check. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just tell you what's wrong and try to fix it. The software side involves a lot more staring at code and trying to find bugs. It can be tedious sometimes, but we don't really mind. We have a set routine. We open up, check the emails, finish repairs from yesterday, and then start on the new stuff. It’s a local business, through and through. We aren't polished or corporate. We just wear our regular clothes and work until the job is done. Sometimes we stay late if a project is being stubborn. It’s just how it goes when you work with technology. We are just happy to be here in Anna Nagar.
