You can find Idospa Technology Private Limited at Plot No.85 and 86 on 1st Street in Dr. Anne Besant Nagar. It’s a nice enough area in Navarkulam, Lawspet, and we’ve been operating out of here for some time now. Having two plots gives us a bit more room than some of the other start-ups around here, but it’s still far from a luxury setup. We have rows of computers and a small area where we eat lunch together. The work we do is mostly centered around tech, and there’s always something new to learn or fix. The neighborhood is fairly active, with people moving about and the usual sounds of Lawspet in the background. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. Instead, we have whiteboards covered in scribbles and notes that only we understand. It’s a practical place for practical people. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but we still show up and get to work. We’ve got a mix of experienced people and younger folks who are just starting out. We don’t really do fancy meetings; we just talk over the desks when something comes up. It's an honest way to spend the day, and we're proud to be based here in Pondicherry. We just keep working away on 1st Street and seeing where it takes us, hopefully doing alright for ourselves as we grow bit by bit without losing our local roots.
