We’ve been set up here in Pondicherry for a while now, focusing on teaching people what they need to know about the hotel industry. The building is tucked away on a side street, so it’s not as noisy as the main roads, which helps when classes are going on. We have different rooms for different subjects, and we try to keep things practical. It’s not just sitting at desks; there is a lot of hands-on work involved in learning how to run a kitchen or manage a front desk properly. We spend a lot of time updating our materials and making sure the students have what they need to practice. It is a busy environment most days, but we like the energy.
