M. S. D. Exports

We work out of Devi House, which is No. 20 Vivegananda Street in Mahalingapuram. M. S. D. Exports has been here for a while, and the building feels like home to us now. It is a regular street, and we are just another business trying to get through the daily list of chores. We handle exports, which means we spend a lot of time looking at shipping schedules and making sure the goods are packed tightly. We don't have a big corporate structure. Usually, it's just a few of us talking across the room about what needs to be done. We appreciate the quietness of Mahalingapuram compared to other parts of the city. It lets us focus on the details. We have a lot of shelves filled with samples and records from past years. Sometimes the computers act up or the rain makes the street muddy, but we just keep going. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with a lot of dates circled. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We know our neighbors and we know our work. M. S. D. Exports is basically just a group of people who know how to get things from Devi House to wherever they need to go in the world. We don't make it any more complicated than that.
