You can find us at Plot No.C/52 in Jk Puram, which is part of the Pindhwara Tehsil in the Sirohi district. This is a big industrial area, so there’s always something happening around here. Our facility is quite large, and it takes a lot of people to keep the whole thing running smoothly day and night. We have different shifts, so the gates are almost never closed. It’s a long way from the big cities, so we’ve built our own little community here in Sirohi. The landscape is rugged, and the weather can be quite harsh, but we’re used to it by now. Most of our days are spent monitoring the production lines and making sure the quality of the cement is what it should be. It’s a lot of technical work, but there’s also a lot of manual labor involved in the warehouse and loading docks. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; we're usually too busy dealing with the logistics of getting product moved out on time. The office is tucked away in one corner of the plot, mostly filled with files and the sound of printers. It’s a hard-working environment where everyone knows their role and what needs to happen before the next truck leaves. We take pride in the fact that we’re a major employer for the people in the Pindhwara area, helping local families stay close to home. There’s a sense of togetherness here because we’re all dealing with the same heat.
