About Binani Cement – Building & Construction Material in Pindwara
We are out here in Binanigram, right near Sirohi. It is a big operation with a lot of dust and trucks coming in and out all day long. Most of us live nearby and have been working the kilns for years. It’s hard work making cement, especially when the Rajasthan sun is beating down on the plant. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the bags loaded. The town here grew up around the work we do. You see the same faces every morning at the gate. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend half the night fixing a belt or a motor, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. We aren't fancy people. We wear our boots and high-vis vests and wait for the whistle to blow. Usually, the trucks are lined up out on the road before the sun even comes up. It’s a bit noisy, but you get used to the hum of the factory after a week or two. My tea break is at ten and that is usually the best part of the morning. We sit and talk about the weather or the news from Sirohi. We have plenty of lime and stone to deal with. It keeps us busy and pays the bills. There isn’t much more to it than that. Just a bunch of us making sure the cement gets where it needs to go.
