Our company, Pcl, is located at the Villa of Gurcharan Singh in Village Model Town, which is in the Kapurthala district of Punjab. It is a bit of a unique spot since we are working out of a villa rather than a standard office block. It gives the place a much more personal feel. Being in Village Model Town near Talwara means we are surrounded by a bit more green than you’d find in the middle of a big city. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, though we still stay busy with our work. Gurcharan Singh’s place is well-known in the area, so people don't usually have trouble finding us. We don't have any fancy corporate branding on the walls. It’s more about the work we do every day. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We often sit together to figure out problems instead of sending a bunch of emails back and forth. Punjab is a great place to be based, even if it means we are a bit far from the major industrial hubs. We like the quiet and the fact that we can focus on what we are doing without too many distractions. It’s a honest way to run a business, and we are happy with how things are going here in Kapurthala.
