Vattappara Plantations Private Limited is located on Mc Road in Pulluvazhy, right near Perumbavoor. It’s a plantation business, so our days are mostly dictated by the seasons and whatever the ground tells us. We’ve got our office set up on that busy stretch of road, which is handy for getting things moving. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. There’s usually some mud on the floor and stacks of papers on the desks. We focus on the plantation work, which keeps us pretty busy year-round. There is always a fence to mend or some trees to check on. Being in Pulluvazhy, we are part of the local scene here. Most of the people working with us have been doing this for years. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a private plantation company trying to do a solid job. The weather is our biggest boss, really. When it rains too much, things slow down, and when it’s dry, we’re out there making sure everything survives. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We appreciate the quiet life on the plantation, even if the road nearby is noisy. It’s just regular work for regular people, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done on the land.
