Mount Valley Plantations Private Limited has its main spot on M.C. Road in the Pulluvazhy area of Perumbavoor. It’s a busy corner of the world, but once you get onto the plantation land, things quiet down a bit. We are a private company, but we don't act like those big firms in the city. Most of us here are local folks who know the land around Perumbavoor pretty well. Our work is mostly about tending to the plants and making sure the plantation stays healthy. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of the little things that go wrong. The office is right there on the road, serving as a hub for when we need to coordinate stuff. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment or a high-tech setup. It’s more about experience and knowing when to plant or harvest. Life on the plantation moves at its own pace. Some weeks are hectic, and other times we are just waiting for the next season to kick in. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It’s just farming on a larger scale, and we’ve been at it for a while now. We like the work, even when it’s tough, and we like being part of the community here along M.C. Road. It’s a simple operation, really, and we try to keep it that way without getting too complicated about the business side.
