Our setup is right inside Atma Smriti Apartment, specifically in Flat 101. It’s located in Budha Colony, which is a fairly well-known part of Patna. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s very easy for anyone to find us without wandering through the whole building or waiting for a slow elevator. The apartment itself feels like a regular home, which makes the work environment quite relaxed and comfortable. We have a couple of desks set up in the main room and some shelves for all the files we keep for our consultancy work. There’s always a lot of paper moving around. Sunita and Binod are usually around making sure things are running the way they should. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s not as noisy as the commercial districts in the city. We hear the occasional vegetable seller passing by or kids playing outside in the evenings. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors are all used to us being here. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know what they're doing. The kitchen area is where we usually have our tea and take a quick break. It's not a cold, sterile office space. There are curtains on the windows and a bit of a lived-in feel to the whole place. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the files pile up on the corners of the desks. It's a functional space that fits our needs perfectly without being over the top or too expensive for a local business.
