Utter Organic Farmer Private Limited is located over in Village Kesabetola-Kesabe. Specifically, we are at Sanjay Singh's place in Panch-Keshawe. This is all part of the Barauni block. Being in a village setting means our work is very closely tied to the seasons and what’s happening in the fields. We are a private limited company, but it doesn't feel like a stuffy office environment. Most of the time, we are just sitting on the porch or in a small room discussing how things are going with the organic farming. Sanjay Singh is the one who keeps everything together at this location. It’s a very practical way of working. Barauni is a well-known area, but Kesabetola is more of a quiet corner. We handle a lot of the administrative side of farming here. It's not always easy, especially when the weather is unpredictable, but we stick to it. We aren't interested in fancy talk. We just want to get the organic products from the farm to where they need to go. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in being a proper private limited firm, but we try to keep it simple. If you come by, you’ll see a regular village house and some people working hard. That’s just who we are. No big slogans, just the daily routine of managing an organic farming business in the heart of Bihar. It’s honest work and we are glad to be doing it.
