Sheraphin Vocational Training Andparamedical Skill Council

The Sheraphin Vocational Training and Paramedical Skill Council is located at the home of Nitu Kumari in Jhiliya Chhawani. We are in Bettiah, which is in West Champaran, Bihar. It is a bit of a different setup since we are operating out of a residential area. We teach people vocational skills and paramedical basics. It is important work for the local community here in 845438. We have rooms set up for training with basic medical tools so students can practice. It is not like a big university with huge hallways. It is more intimate and crowded. We have a lot of young people coming in wanting to learn a trade. The atmosphere is usually busy with people talking and practicing their skills. Nitu Kumari helps keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes we run out of chalk or notebooks, but we manage. West Champaran is a place where people work hard, and we try to match that energy. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of brochures. Most students hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We just want to give people a chance to learn something useful so they can find work. The Jhiliya Chhawani area is where we are every day. It is just a simple place for learning and improving skills. We spend a lot of time organizing the classes and making sure the instructors have what they need for the day. Sometimes the weather in Bihar makes it hard for students to travel, but we try to keep the doors open regardless. We have some old desks and chairs that we've used for years, but they do the job. It isn't about the furniture anyway, it is about the learning. We keep a list of all the students who have passed through our doors on a big ledger. It is nice to see them go off and find work in hospitals or clinics. We just do our part here in Bettiah. The neighbors are used to the noise of the classes by now. We don't have any big plans for expansion, we just want to do this well.
