Radhegovind Apparel Private Limited is based out of G-104 in P.C. Colony, specifically in Sector-G of Kankarbagh. We have been working from this spot for a while, and it’s mostly just a practical space for our garment work. It isn't a fancy office with big signs. Instead, it’s a busy place filled with the sound of sewing machines and people talking about thread. Most of our staff are from the local area, so they walk here every morning. We start early, usually with some tea from the shop down the street. The workspace gets crowded when we have large orders of shirts to finish, but we make it work. Sometimes the humidity in Patna makes the fabric feel heavy, and we have to be careful with how we store things. We don't have a marketing team or a website that looks professional. We just deal with people directly and try to get the clothes out on time. If a machine breaks, we usually fix it ourselves instead of calling someone. It’s a bit messy with fabric scraps on the floor, but that’s just how a real workshop looks. We focus on daily tasks and don't worry about being a big corporation. We know the tea seller at the corner quite well. When the monsoon hits, the lane gets muddy, but we manage to get things done. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy. We just talk to each other and get the stitching done without any fancy rules. We just feel okay being a local Kankarbagh business that doesn't try to be something it isn't.
