Ji Huzur...

Ji Huzur... is situated at G 100 in Kankarbagh, Patna. We are right across from Sri Ram Hospital, so people use that as a landmark to find us. It’s a busy part of the 800020 area. We’ve been operating here for a while now. The name is on the front, and we have a few tables inside for anyone who wants to sit down. It’s not a very big place, but we make it work. The staff is usually busy in the back or helping someone at the counter. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on making sure the food is ready and the place is open when we say it will be. Sometimes the street outside is crowded with ambulances and cars, but it’s quieter once you step inside. We get people from the hospital and families from the neighborhood. We don’t do any fancy advertising. Most people just walk in because they are nearby. We have a routine that we follow every day. We prep the ingredients, cook the meals, and pack things up for people taking food home. It’s just a normal business in Patna. We are happy to be here and serve whoever comes by. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized through the rush.
