Sanwara

Sanwara is located in the Om Complex on S P Verma Road in Patna. This part of Patna is usually very busy with offices and shops all around. Our spot is inside the complex, which makes it a little easier to get away from the direct noise of the traffic outside. We don't have a massive sign or anything too flashy. It is a straightforward place where you can sit down for a bit. The walls are plain and we don't spend money on expensive art or anything like that. We just have what is needed to serve food to the people who work in the nearby buildings. Many of our customers come in during their lunch break and they are usually in a hurry to get back. We try to keep up with them as well as we can. The morning is mostly spent getting everything organized and making sure the kitchen is stocked. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just open the doors and start the work. Since S P Verma Road is a well-known area, people find their way to us eventually. We have been here for a bit and have seen the complex change over time. It is a basic setup that works for the neighborhood. We just do our jobs and hope that the people who eat here leave feeling full. That is all there is to it at the end of the day.
