Our office is located on the fourth floor of Lovekush Tower. If you know Patna at all, you know that Dak Bungalow Choraha is one of the busiest spots you can find. Being right near that crossing means we hear the honking and the traffic all day long. We deal with various types of equipment, and our office is where all the administrative work and meetings happen. The elevator in Lovekush Tower can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we often find ourselves waiting around with people from the other offices. It is a tall building and being up on the fourth floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street noise, though not much. We have desks piled with catalogs and order forms for the machinery we handle. Most of the time, we are on the phone talking to suppliers or checking on deliveries that are headed to different sites. It is a practical environment, not something you would see in a fancy magazine. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea and coffee. People coming to see us usually have a specific need for their projects, and we just sit down and look through the options together. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that has served us well over the years in this busy part of the city. We don't really bother with flashy signs, just the name on the door and plenty of work to keep us occupied.
