You can find us over in Ward No 2 in Saristabad, right across from the TVS Urja showroom. We are also near the Sri Daroga Prasad Rai High School, so there is always a lot of activity around here during the day. Patliputra Construction Machinery & Services is really just a group of us who know our way around building equipment. We’ve been in this part of town for a good bit now. The space is usually crowded with parts and different tools we use for servicing the machines. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially with the school nearby and the traffic on the main road, but we’re used to it. We spend most of our time either fixing things or talking to people who need help with their equipment. There’s no big marketing team here, just us answering the phone and working in the shop. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have too many jobs at once, but we always figure it out. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels like a real community. People recognize us when they walk by. We do the servicing work ourselves and don’t really outsource anything. It's a straightforward operation where we focus on the machines that come through our doors. Just a local shop trying to do the job right in Saristabad. We stay busy with the tools and the heavy gear, keeping the local construction guys going.
