Nutrixus Baker'S Private Limited is based out of Danapur in Patna. If you know the area, we are right in the I.A.S. Coloney which is off Bailey Road. It is a pretty busy part of Bihar to be in, but we like it well enough for our business. The address is 801503 and that is where you will find us working most days of the week. We started this because we wanted to have something of our own in the local neighborhood. Bailey Road always has cars going by and the noise can get a bit much, but inside the bakery, it is mostly just the sound of the machines and people talking while they work. We don't really go for anything too polished or corporate. It is just a few of us working together to make sure things get done right. Sometimes the delivery trucks have trouble finding the specific spot in the colony because of the narrow turns, but usually, it is fine. Being in Patna means things are always moving fast and people are in a hurry. We have our routines and we stick to them every morning. Most of our day is spent checking on supplies and making sure the workspace is ready for the next batch of baking. It is not a glamorous job by any means, but it is honest work that we enjoy. We have been at this Danapur location for a bit and we have gotten used to the way things work around here. It is just a regular local business.
