We are located over at 20 B S I D C Colony, right on Dr Rameswar Dayal Path. Boring Road in Patna is always moving, so being tucked away in this colony is a bit of a relief from the noise. We have been here for a good while now. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we need. Most of our day is spent handling orders and making sure the inventory is where it should be. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets flooded during the rain, but we just keep going. Everyone here knows their job and we don't really need a lot of meetings to get things done. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We’ve seen other shops come and go on Boring Road, but we’ve stayed put in this spot. It’s easy for people to find us once they know where Dr Rameswar Dayal Path is. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our business happens face to face or over the phone. We like it that way because it feels more real. We are just a group of people trying to do a solid day's work in Patna without any extra drama or fancy titles. We've been through a lot of rainy seasons here.
