Nsales Trainee

Our spot is over at J 183 in P C Colony, which is right in the Kankarbagh area of Patna. If you live around here, you know how busy it gets. Nsales Trainee is where we work on teaching people how to handle sales stuff. It's not a big fancy institute or anything, just a few rooms where we sit down and go over things. The building is a bit older and sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty, but it serves the purpose. We started this because there are so many young people in Patna looking for a way to get into the job market. Most of our day is spent talking to trainees and trying to explain how to talk to customers without sounding like a robot. It’s funny because sometimes we sound like robots ourselves after a long day. The fans in the office make a bit of noise, but they keep us cool during the Patna summers. We usually take a break in the afternoon when it's really hot. There’s a guy nearby who sells good samosas, so that's our usual lunch. We don't really do much advertising. People usually hear about us from someone else who came here. It is a very local thing. We are just trying to keep the office running and help out whoever comes through the door. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening every single day. I usually walk to work since I live nearby in the same neighborhood.
