Mobile Junction

Mobile Junction is situated in the Rai Complex at Sai Man. It’s a busy little corner where people are always coming and going. The complex stays pretty active throughout the day, so there is never really a dull moment. We deal with all sorts of phones and gadgets here. Most of the time, the counters are covered in tiny screws and tools because we are trying to fix a cracked screen or a battery that won’t charge. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit crowded when a few customers come in at once. You have to be careful where you step. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a couple of stools where people sit and scroll through their backup phones while they wait for us to finish. The Rai Complex has a lot of other shops too, so there’s a constant hum of people talking and shutters opening and closing. Sometimes it gets a bit loud, but you get used to the noise after a few days. We keep the shop open pretty late because that's when most people have time to drop off their devices after they finish their own work. It’s just honest work, making sure their phones work again. We don’t use any high-tech sorting systems; we just remember where we put everything. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but it works for us.
