Our shop is on the first floor of Daya Palace. It’s right across from the Surya Clinic in the Kidwaipuri area. Finding us is pretty easy once you get to the clinic, just look up and you’ll see our floor. We spend most of our hours here working on different art projects and signs. The space is filled with brushes, paints, and whatever materials we’re using that week. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We don’t really go for a corporate look because it’s a workshop, not a boardroom. People from the neighborhood come by when they need a bit of hand-painted work or some lettering done. We’ve been in Kidwaipuri for a while and like being part of the local community. The light comes in through the windows in the afternoon, which helps when we’re finishing up the finer details. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we cut materials or sketch out ideas on paper. It’s just a few of us here making sure things get finished on time. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make things that look decent and serve their purpose for whoever ordered them. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor are a bit tiring at the end of a long day, but we're used to it by now. It is just part of being in this building.
