If you head down Bailey Road in Danapur and look near the Corporation Bank, you will find us at Ward No.47. Industrial Safety Apparel is basically just a small warehouse and a front desk. We deal with things like reflective vests, heavy boots, and those hard hats you see on construction sites. It is not the kind of place where you come to browse for fashion. Everything here is for work. The air is always a bit dusty because of all the traffic on Bailey Road, but we are used to it by now. My cousin and I run the place and we don’t really have a set routine. We just open up and see who comes in. Sometimes it’s a guy needing one pair of gloves, and other times it’s a truck wanting a whole load of gear. We have some old chairs in the corner where people sit and talk while we find their sizes. The building isn’t new, and the paint is peeling a little on the side, but it stays dry inside. We don’t have a fancy computer system for everything; we still write a lot of things down in a big ledger. It works for us. Living and working in Danapur means we know most of the people around here. We just try to keep enough stock so nobody leaves empty-handed. It is a simple way to spend the day for us.
