Grillopolis

Grillopolis is located in Braj Niketan on Budha Murti Road in Kadamkuan. We are right near the Ayurvedic College and just opposite Shankar Medical Hall. If you are walking down the street, you can usually smell the food before you see us. We chose this spot in Patna because it’s a busy area with a lot of people always moving about. The building, Braj Niketan, has a lot of character. Inside, we’ve kept things pretty simple. We have tables and chairs that are comfortable enough for a quick meal. It isn't a fancy fine-dining place; it’s more of a local spot where you can get something good to eat without any pretension. The kitchen is always busy, especially in the evenings when the students from the college and the locals come out. We spend a lot of time making sure the grill is hot and the ingredients are fresh. Sometimes it gets a bit smoky when we are really busy, but that’s part of the experience. The staff is just a few of us who like cooking and serving people. We don't have a complicated menu. We just stick to what we know how to make well. It can get quite loud during the dinner rush, with people talking and the sound of the traffic outside. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few lights and the menu board. It’s a honest, hardworking little eatery in the heart of Kadamkuan.
