We've been here in Laljitola for a while now. If you look for Ram Balak Singh Lane No. 2, that is where our workshop is. It's not a huge place, but it gets the job done. We handle different kinds of clothing and apparel here at Cosmos Fashions & Apparels Inc. Most days it’s just us working through the piles of fabric and making sure the stitching is right. The lane can get a bit crowded sometimes with deliveries coming in and out. People around here know us as the place that's always busy with sewing machines going. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It's more of a practical setup where the real work happens. Sometimes things get messy when we have a big order, but that is just how it goes in this business. We started out small and stayed around this neighborhood because it feels like home. You can find us easily if you know the landmark near the lane. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork, we'd rather be on the floor looking at the clothes. Every piece of apparel that leaves our door has been checked by one of us. It is honest work and we take it day by day. If you are walking down Lane No. 2, you will likely hear the noise from our machines. It’s a bit noisy but we like the rhythm of it. We just keep our heads down and keep working.
