Baked Bliss Llp

Baked Bliss is a small outfit located at 198 Maharaj Ghat Road in the Badi Khanjarpur area of Jagdishpur, Bhagalpur. We are right by the road, which makes it easy for things to come and go. It’s a bakery business at its heart. We spend most of our time around the ovens. The air always smells like flour and sugar, which isn't a bad way to spend a day. We aren't a big industrial factory. We are just a local LLP trying to make a go of it here in Bhagalpur. The space is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of orders, but we make it work. We don't have a team of people writing fancy slogans for us. We just bake and then we sell what we make. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. It’s just how things are when you run your own place. The Maharaj Ghat Road area is pretty lively, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us by now. We don't use polished language because that’s not who we are. We are just folks in aprons doing the work. It’s a bit messy and a bit loud, but it is ours. We focus on the daily baking and keeping the shop going without making a big scene about it.
