Adihsma Agro Export Private Limited is situated in Ward No. 8 of Sujatpur. It is a small tola in the Madhubani district. Living and working in a village like Sujatpur means you are never really away from your work. We spend our time looking at what the local land produces. Madhubani is famous for many things, but we just focus on our exports and the daily logistics of moving goods. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially during the monsoon, but we make do. Our office is just a simple building in the village. We don't have a corporate office in a high-rise building. We prefer being close to where the crops are grown. Everyone in the ward knows us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just handle the packing and the paperwork that comes with exporting. It is a lot of back-and-forth with different people. Sometimes things go wrong, and we just have to fix them on the fly. That is how it is when you run a business in a rural area. We are proud to be from Madhubani and to be doing something that connects our village to other places. It is a lot of hard work, but it feels good to see the trucks head out. We keep things moving at our own steady pace here every day.
