Abott

We are based out of Bihar. It is a big place with lots of different things going on, but we have our own little corner here. Abott has been operating for a while. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. It's more about getting the job done day to day. We deal with various things depending on what is needed in the area. Some days it is quiet, and some days it feels like everyone is calling at once. That's just how business goes in this part of India. We don't have a huge staff, just some dedicated people who have been around for years. We've seen a lot of changes in the local economy over time. It hasn't always been easy, but we are still here. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We think that’s a better way to do things anyway. You get to know people better when they come in because someone they trust told them to. The office is pretty basic, but it has everything we need to keep things running. We focus on the practical stuff. If it works, it works. If it doesn't, we try something else. It's a simple way to run a business but it works for us. We're just regular people trying to provide something useful to the community without a lot of fuss.
