Xl Maths

Xl Maths is located at 26-C in the Model Town area of Patiala. Model Town is a relatively nice part of the city, and our setup here is quite simple. We mostly deal with students who are trying to get their heads around different math problems. The place is basically a few rooms where kids sit down with their notebooks and try to figure out equations. It’s not a big fancy academy with a reception desk or anything like that. It’s just a house or a small building where we’ve set up some desks and chairs. You can hear the scratch of pens on paper and the occasional sound of a scooter passing by outside. In Patiala, things move a bit slower, and we like that. Most of the kids come here after their regular school hours, so the afternoons are our busiest time. We spend a lot of time going over the same formulas until they finally click for someone. There are plenty of books lying around and maybe some old tea cups on the side table. We don't do much in the way of promotion; the parents in Model Town just talk to each other and that’s how new students show up. It is a very direct way of teaching. We focus on the numbers and making sure the work gets done correctly. It’s a practical, local spot for anyone in Patiala needing a bit of extra help with their mathematics and preparing for their upcoming school tests. We just stay focused on the books.
