You can find Techno Plast India on Panchkula Road, right behind Shiva Sweets in Baltana, Zirakpur. It’s a pretty easy place to find because almost everyone in town knows where the sweet shop is. The smell of frying snacks and sweets often drifts over to our side, which can be a bit of a distraction when you’re hungry in the afternoon. Zirakpur is always growing and the traffic on Panchkula Road is getting heavier every single year. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a functional space where we handle our plastic work. We have stacks of crates and materials in the back yard, and the main floor is usually humming with the sound of the machines. It’s a bit noisy, but we’ve all grown used to it over the years. We aren't a big fancy outfit with a marketing team or a sales department. Most of our neighbors in Baltana are just regular people running shops and small businesses just like ours. We’ve got a good group of workers who show up every day and put in the hours. We don't bother with corporate meetings that go on for hours. We just decide what needs to be done for the day and we do it. It’s a simple life. Sometimes we sit outside during our break and watch the cars go by on the main road. We’ve been here long enough that the place feels like a second home to most of the people who work here.
