Effluent Equipments

We are over at D-95 in Focal Point. It gets pretty loud here during the day with all the trucks moving in and out of the industrial area. Effluent Equipments is basically a small group of us working on water treatment gear and parts for factories nearby. We've been at this spot for quite a while now. The building isn't fancy or anything, just a regular workshop with some office space in the front. Most days start early, around eight, when we unlock the main shutters. We spend a lot of time looking at pipes, tanks, and different kinds of filters that come through the door. People usually find us by looking for the big gate near the corner. It is a lot of hard work, mostly getting our hands dirty with grease and metal shavings. We don't really have a big sales team or anything like that. It’s usually just one of us answering the phone when it rings, trying to figure out what part someone needs for their system. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running full blast. Sometimes it feels like we are just surrounded by steel and blueprints all day long. We just focus on getting the machines put together right so they do what they are supposed to do. There is always a lot of clutter on the workbenches, but we know where everything is. That’s just how it goes here.
