Catering Caterers

Our place is located right by the railway station in Pathankot. It is a noisy spot with the trains coming and going all the time. The kitchen is usually a mess of vegetable peels and steam by six in the morning. We started Catering Caterers because we knew how to handle big pots and feed a lot of people at once. It is not a quiet or clean job. There is always someone shouting over the sound of the burners. We handle everything from small family gatherings to larger weddings in the area. Some days we spend eight hours just packing silver foil boxes. The local market is where we go early to get what we need. The floors need a good scrubbing every single night. We are not a corporate company with fancy titles. We wear stained aprons and we get our hands dirty every day. Sometimes our delivery truck gets stuck in the station traffic, which is a real pain, but we usually figure it out. We have been at this same location for a long time now. Most of the folks in Pathankot know our faces. We do not spend any money on big advertisements. Our food is just regular stuff that tastes like it should. It is hard on your feet and your back. We make sure the spices are balanced and the rice is not mushy. It is just honest work. We are just a group of people making meals for whoever needs them.
