Point One Project Management

We run Point One Project Management out of New Delhi. Shyju K Thomas is the main person here. We’ve been working on various projects for a while now, mostly just coordinating things and making sure tasks get finished on time. The office is located in a busy part of Delhi, which means there is never a dull moment. It is a practical space, filled with schedules, blueprints, and a lot of to-do lists pinned to the walls. We don’t have a fancy corporate lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It is just us doing the actual work. Delhi can be a tough place to get around, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails to keep everyone on the same page. We aren’t trying to be the biggest management firm in the city, just one that actually delivers what it says it will. Some days are long, especially when a project is near its deadline, but that is just part of the job. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon to keep us moving. It is a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't put out a lot of advertisements because our work usually brings in the next job through word of mouth. We just focus on the project in front of us and try to get it right. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve gotten pretty good at managing the chaos of the city.
