We just use the space we have in the house to manage our business. People who work here are locals, and we just go about our day in a very steady way. We don't talk about big goals or use a lot of marketing words. Our focus is just on the tasks that need to be finished each day. Living and working in Maramon means things move at a bit of a different pace, and we are okay with that. It’s an honest, simple way to work. We have our desks set up in the rooms and we just stay busy. There isn't any polished image we are trying to maintain. We are just a small team in Kerala doing what we do best from a family house. It’s practical and it works for us.
