Shree Ram Vijay Rotlaghar

Our place, Shree Ram Vijay Rotlaghar, is situated in Patan. We are specifically at C-66 in the Kilachand Shopping Centre. This is right on Station Road, so it is a very central location for anyone coming through the Patan Ho area. We have been making rotla here for a long time. It is a traditional thing to do, and we just keep the tradition going in our own way. The shopping centre is a hub of activity, so there is always someone passing by our door. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just a local business trying to do our part in the community. The station road is usually busy with people traveling or heading to work. We see a lot of familiar faces every single day. Our setup is quite basic because we think the food should be the main focus. We don't use any complicated words to describe what we do. We just make rotla and serve it to our customers. Patan is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like we are just a small part of the daily life here. We open early and close when the work is done. It is a simple life and a simple business. We just stay at our spot in Kilachand Shopping Centre and keep moving forward day by day. It is just honest work for us.
