We operate out of Plot No. FP 1 in the MIDC Mirjole Block. Being in the marine business means things move fast around here, and there isn't much time for sitting around. It often smells like the sea and cold storage, which I guess you get used to after a week or two on the job. We handle exports, so there are always boxes moving and people checking labels for different destinations. It isn't a quiet office job at all. We’re usually on our feet all day long. The Mirjole Block is a busy area, and our spot at FP 1 is usually buzzing with some kind of activity. We deal with fish and other things from the water, making sure everything is packed up right before it goes out. Sometimes the trucks are late, or the weather makes things difficult for the boats, but that’s just part of the trade we chose. We aren't really into big speeches or long paragraphs about what we do. It’s just fish and logistics at the end of the day. Most of the staff here have lived nearby for years, and we see the same faces every morning at the gate. It feels like a small community even though we send things pretty far away to different countries. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, but we get through it eventually. It's a busy life at the plant, and there is always something that needs fixing or a floor that needs cleaning.
