Gadre Marine Export Pvt. Ltd.

We are based out in Ratnagiri, over at the MIDC in Mirjole. Our spot is Plot FP-1. It’s a big industrial area, so it’s mostly just other warehouses and factories around us. Gadre Marine Export handles exactly what the name suggests. We deal with seafood and getting it ready to be sent out. The air around here usually smells like the ocean, which I guess is expected. It’s a busy place, especially when the catch comes in. We have a lot of people working on the floor and just a few of us in the office part handling the exports. It can get pretty loud with all the machinery running. We don't really have a lobby for visitors or anything like that. If someone comes by, they usually just meet us near the loading docks. We’ve been in Ratnagiri for a long time. It’s a good place for marine work. The local people here know their fish. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant with a glass building in Mumbai. We’re happy right here in Mirjole. We focus on the quality of what we're packing. It’s hard work and the hours can be strange depending on the tides and the shipments. But it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and make sure the containers are loaded correctly. It’s been our way of life for years and we don't plan on changing it much. We just get the job done.
