N. P. Engineering

N. P. Engineering is over at Plot No. 101 in the Adinath Complex. It’s right in the Randhanpur Bazar area. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly stuff involving repairs and custom parts. The workshop is always full of the smell of oil and the sound of machines running. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but engineering isn't really a clean job. We have grease on our hands most of the time. The complex is busy with other businesses, so there’s always people moving around. We’ve got a few machines that have been with us since the beginning. They’re old but they still work better than some of the new stuff. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the fit is just right. If a job takes longer than we thought, we just stay late until it’s finished. We don’t like leaving things half-done. Most of our tools have been used so much the handles are worn down. It’s a good sign of hard work. We don't talk much while we’re working, we just focus on what’s in front of us. Customers usually bring in things that are broken and hope we can fix them. We do what we can. Sometimes it’s an easy fix, other times we have to get creative. That’s just how it goes here.
